Michigan's All-American 285 lber Mason Parris (photo courtesy of SJanickiPhoto.com)Week 11 ended with some shake-ups in the Fantasy rankings, with Mason Parris (MICH) taking back the pole position. Four of the Top-5 overall Fantasy Wrestlers are heavyweights, with Brock Hardy (NEB) being the lone wrestler that weighs under 285.
No surprise that the Virginia Duals were a big part of the fantasy landscape last week, with five South Dakota State Jackrabbits scoring 18 or more Fpts. Cael Swensen and Tanner Sloan (both SDSU) tied for 1st in Week 11 with 20 Fpts and a PPM of 5.00.
Week 12 will be much of the same, with 74 D1 teams in competition and 16 of the Top-20 from 2022 Teams will be in action as well. The big competition to possibly get an edge on your league-mates might be in the Chippewa Challenge, scheduled for Sunday January 22nd.
Nothing in the way of any big tournaments with D1 present noted at this time, but we will be on the lookout for any notable entries that pop up.
