The MatBoss Podcast Episode 44: Nick Buonocore

Nick Buonocore, the founder of the Reformed Sports Parent, joins The MatBoss Podcast with Chad Dennis to talk about what's going on with youth sports. Buonocore has six kids and they participate in a variety of sports, including wrestling.

Buonocore was a member of North Carolina Wesleyan's NCAA Division III baseball national championship team in 1999. Buonocore talks about how wrestling helped him be a better parent and how he's been able to form an organization aimed at making youth sports about youth sports, not about all the negative stuff that has come with being a youth sports parent.
