Morgan took fourth-place at the NCAA Championships, while maintaining a 3.34 GPA in civil engineering. It is the second honor for the junior from Bakersfield, Calif.

Newly McSpadden earned his first NWCA Academic honor after qualifying for the NCAA Championships and maintaining a 3.60 GPA in sociology. The sophomore from Vinita, Okla. has twice been honored as an Arthur Ashe Scholar Athlete.

The Cowboy wrestling program has excelled on the mat and in the classroom under current head coach John Smith. Oklahoma State has finished among the top 30 academic programs in six of the last seven years, winning four NCAA team titles in that span.
