    Oklahoma State adds local product

    STILLWATER, Okla. -- Oklahoma State head wrestling coach John Smith announced the signing of Stillwater High School product Walter Clarke to a National Letter of Intent.

    Clarke is a four-time state finalist for the Pioneers as he competed at a different weight class all four seasons. As a senior, he went 24-1 and won the state title at 189 pounds. It was his third state championship as he also claimed titles at 152 and 171 pounds.

    Clarke compiled a 115-17 career high school record with 44 falls, including an astounding 15 falls as a freshman. Over his last two seasons he has combined to go 57-2 winning the state title both years.
