The dual will be televsied by Cox Cable statewide on KWTV in the Oklahoma City/metro, Cox Ch. 3 in Tulsa and KSWO in Lawton. The dual will also be shown on tape delay in Kansas City on Feb. 21, at 1 p.m., on Metro Sports.
"We're very excited about the opportunity to wrestle a great program this weekend," said OU head coach Jack Spates. "This is going to be a great match with some excellent competition and the Field House is going set a great atmosphere. We are peaking at the right time of the year and our guys are ready for the challenge this weekend."
OU comes into the match carrying a 10-5-1 record overall and is 1-3 in Big action. The Sooners are 3-1-1 this season at home and the match will mark the 12th ranked opponent the team has faced this season.
The Sooners are coming off two big wins last weekend defeating No. 4 Nebraska, 19-16, Friday night, then defeated No. 20/20 Hofstra, 26-15, Sunday as part of the ESPNU Double Dual Invitational at the Ford Center.
The last time OU and OSU met was in December, with the Cowboys defeating the Sooners 23-12 in Stillwater.
Next up for Oklahoma is senior night when the No. 16/18 Michigan State Spartans visit Howard McCasland Field House on Thursday, Feb. 23, at 7 p.m.
