No. 40 Webster chooses home state Gophers2014 state champion Owen Webster (Shakopee, Minn.), who is also a three-time state place-winner, verbally committed to the home state University of Minnesota on Monday evening. Coming off a sizzling off-season, one in which he was a UWW Cadet National freestyle champion and a Junior National freestyle All-American, Webster is ranked No. 40 overall in the Class of 2016.
