    Ironside, Sesker to appear "On the Mat" tonight

    This week's edition of "On the Mat" will feature Mark Ironside and Craig Sesker. Ironside was a two-time NCAA champion for the University of Iowa and is the color commentator for the Iowa wrestling radio broadcasts. Ironside compiled a 127-10 record while at Iowa and was the 1998 recipient of the Dan Hodge Trophy.

    Sesker is the director of communications for USA Wrestling and was a long-time journalist for the Omaha World Herald. In 2000 he was named the National Wrestling Media Association's journalist of the year and is considered one of the nation's top wrestling journalists.

    "On the Mat" is a weekly wrestling radio program that airs every Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. Central Standard Time. The Dan Gable International Wrestling Institute and Museum in Waterloo, IA, hosts the show.
