"On the Mat" is a weekly wrestling radio program that airs every Wednesday night. This week's broadcast can be heard live from 6-7 p.m. Central Standard Time. The Dan Gable International Wrestling Institute and Museum in Waterloo, Iowa, hosts the show.
Grimm is the head wrestling coach at Upper Iowa University, a position he has held since the 2001-02 season. During his tenure, Grimm has led the Peacocks to four top-11 national finishes, including a second place finish (program best) in 2002. His team is currently ranked sixth in the nation in Division II.
Parrish is a judge and a law professor who is the author of the book "Cowboy Up." In this book, Parris chronicles the record setting 2004-05 Oklahoma State wrestling season under head coach John Smith.
Csysewski is in his 19th season as the head wrestling coach at Northwestern University. At last year's NCAA tournament, his Wildcat wrestling team placed fourth at the NCAA tournament. The Wildcats are currently ranked ninth in the USA Today/Intermat/NWCA Coaches poll.
