Jakob Camacho has been so good for so long that he had an excellent opportunity to make the NCAA podium in the 2020 tournament that was canceled during the onset of the COVID pandemic. There he lost in tiebreakers to Killian Cardinale (West Virginia) in the bloodround. The following two seasons, Camacho has been eliminated in the NCAA Consolation Round of 16.
