Chris Bono argues a call against Minnesota (Photo/David Peterson, Minnesota/USA Wrestling)Chris Bono and Adam Tirapelle will be the guests on this week's edition of the On the Mat wrestling broadcast on Wednesday, Jan. 18.
Bono, a Big 8 conference champ and two-time NCAA All-American for Iowa State, is now in his fifth season as head coach at South Dakota State University. Tirapelle, a 2001 NCAA champ for the University of Illinois, now serves on the coaching staff of the Clovis High School wrestling program in California.
On the Mat is a presentation of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum. The show can be heard live on the Internet at 1650thefan.com or locally in Northeast Iowa each Wednesday at 5 p.m. Central on AM 1650, The Fan.
