OSU improved to 12-1 on the season and 2-0 in Big 12 matches, while Missouri dropped to 8-4 and 0-1 in conference action.
The dual started at 125 where Coleman Scott got OSU rolling with a 10-3 decision over Austin Devoe. Nathan Morgan followed with a decision over Tyler McCormick to put the Cowboys up 6-0.
Chris McCormick put Missouri on the board at 141, but it was all Oklahoma State from that point on. The Cowboys won the next three matches, including major decisions by Zack Esposito and Johny Hendricks. Hendricks defeated fifth-ranked Matt Pell to make the dual score 17-3.
At 174, Missouri's top-ranked Ben Askren was relieved to see Chris Pendleton would not be his opponent but rather redshirt freshman Brandon Mason. Mason came close on some shots but Askren showed what he does best and scrambled out of them for three first period takedowns. Askren continued to dominate Mason from his feet and scored three more takedowns to give Missouri a major decision and tighten the score up at 17-7.
It was 17-10 after the 184-pound match when Raymond Jordan scored a late takedown to beat OSU's Rusty Blackmon heading into the final two weight classes.
The Cowboys proved to be too strong for the Tigers as defending national champions Jake Rosholt and Steve Mocco both recorded falls over out manned opponents.
Oklahoma State will return to the mat next Sunday for another Big 12 battle when Iowa State visits Gallagher-Iba Arena for a 2 p.m. dual.
