    Jensen's pin highlights Nebraska's win over Illinois

    LINCOLN, Neb. -- Trailing No. 13 Illinois 10-9 at the halfway point, No. 11 Nebraska (10-4, 4-4 Big Ten) won the final five matches to post a 30-10 victory at the Devaney Center on Friday night.

    The night was highlighted by heavyweight Collin Jensen's fall over Brooks Black in the eighth bout of the dual. Jensen, the 18th-ranked wrestler by InterMat, pinned Black in 34 seconds. Jensen was one of four Huskers to earn bonus points against the Fighting Illini.

    No. 19 Anthony Abidin (141) won by technical fall against Mousa Jodeh in the first match of the night. No. 5 Jake Sueflohn (149) extended NU's lead to 9-0 in the following bout with a major decision over Kyle Langenderfer. In the final match of the dual, No. 13 Eric Montoya (133) won by forfeit.

    No. 10 TJ Dudley (184) jumped out to a 6-0 lead against Jeff Koepke and never looked back in an 11-4 decision. At 197 pounds, No. 14 Aaron Studebaker posted a 6-4 decision over Andre Lee. No. 9 Tim Lambert (125) won a 9-3 decision in the penultimate match of the dual.

    Nebraska suffered losses to top-10 Illini at 157, 165 and 174 pounds. No. 19 Tyler Berger (157) fell to No. 2 Isaiah Martinez by decision, No. 14 Austin Wilson (165) lost by decision to sixth-ranked Steven Rodrigues and No. 17 Micah Barnes (174) fell to No. 4 Zac Brunson, 11-3.

    The Huskers return to action on Saturday at the Devaney Center when they host No. 3 NC State at 7 p.m. The dual will be streamed on BTN Plus (subscription required).
