In Braxton Amos’ first match at the 2023 NCAA Championships his shoulder dislocated and in 1-minute and 38 seconds his run came to an end. But he’s making his way back to the mat with a different goal in mind. During this conversation with Ryan Holmes, Amos discusses what happened in the match, back in the tunnel afterwards, his recovery and what his future plans entail.
