Muhlenberg College-Womens Wrestling Coach (reposted)

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, and with dotted line reporting to the Office of Communications, the Head Coach for Women’s Wrestling/Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Engagement will successfully perform in two key areas: (1) As Head Coach for women’s wrestling, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and management of all phases of the intercollegiate women’s wrestling program, with primary focus on developing the newly formed program, slated to begin competition in 2024. In year one the position will focus on the recruitment of student-athletes. (2) As the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing & Engagement, responsibilities will include serving as the department’s liaison to the Office of Communications and working with the Director of Athletics in setting and implementing marketing and engagement goals, strategies and priorities.
