Head Girls Wrestling Coach
Pleasant Hill High School in Oregon is seeking qualified candidates for the Head Girls Wrestling Coach position.
About the position: This is a new position. On April 3rd, 2023, the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) voted to fully sanction Girls Wrestling as an official OSAA State Championship sport. This is the first OSAA sanctioned sport since softball was sanctioned in 1979. Girls Wrestling in Oregon is on the rise, and Pleasant Hill High School wants to be a part of it. The Pleasant Hill School District is excited about the growth of Girls Wrestling and is in full support of growing the sport within the district.
About Pleasant Hill High School: Pleasant Hill High School is a part of the Mountain Valley Conference in the 3A classification. PHHS serves approximately 550 students. PHHS is located 10 minutes away from Eugene, Oregon in the Southern Willamette Valley. This is a great place to raise a family as there are a number of outdoor recreation activities such as camping, hiking, rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, and snow sports. It is an hour away from the mountains and two hours away from the coast.
Teaching positions available: MS PE/Health, Health CTE, Freshmen Success/ELA, School Psychologist, and Speech & Language Pathologist.
