Head Women's Wrestling Coach

Buena Vista University, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the American Rivers Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Wrestling Coach. Responsibilities include the overall success, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the women’s wrestling program. Specifically, developing and conducting in-season training and strategy, recruiting and retaining student-athletes, managing the program’s fiscal budget, and supervising the assistant coach are primary responsibilities. Applicants should possess a strong coaching background and demonstrate success in attracting and developing student-athletes. A Master’s degree is preferred, Bachelor’s degree is required. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
