Head Women's Wrestling Coach/Student Services Position or Teaching Faculty
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time, 260-day contract position located on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibilities are to supervise, direct and coordinate all activities and personnel associated with the Women’s Wresting Program, student service position in recruitment, retention and/or student support or instructor position responsible for teaching classes as defined by the College which includes classes taught face to face or over other virtual modalities. Manage budgets associated with areas of responsibility. Serve on selected and voluntary committees.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Student Services or a related area required; Master’s Degree preferred or required for instructional position. Coaching, teaching, and student services experience at the postsecondary level preferred. Must have excellent research, organizational, communication, leadership, and planning skills.
May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.
Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
