Head Wrestling Coach - Bellarmine University

The Head Men's Wrestling Coach is an integral member of the Department of Athletics and is responsible for the operation of a Division I wrestling program within the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Conference, and Bellarmine University.
The head coach will:

Manage all aspects of the wrestling program, including practices, coaching staff, video analysis, equipment, facilities, travel, scheduling, and competitions.
Observe and evaluate the training of student-athletes to determine the need for individual improvement.
Plan in-season and off-season practices, including team and individual workouts.
Recruit prospective student-athletes for enrollment at the University.
Responsible for NCAA compliance within the wrestling program.
Work cooperatively with athletic department personnel, campus community members, alumni, and donors.
Abide by and comply with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference rules, academic standards, requirements, and policies of the Department of Athletics and University.
Contribute to the overall success of the University's intercollegiate athletics program by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends and some holidays.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field required.
Three to five years of high level coaching at the collegiate level.
Proven ability to recruit student-athletes.
Playing experience at the collegiate level preferred.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of constituencies including students, student-athletes, faculty, staff, donors, alumni, and community members.
Possess a willingness and ability to support and promote a diverse and inclusive team culture.
