Variable shift/variable days depending upon playing schedule, recruiting demands and department events.
Targeted salary range: $33,000-$38,000
Brief statement of duties
Assist the Head Greco-Roman Coach with all assigned duties associated with the Greco-Roman Wrestling Program.
Course work leading to a degree Certificate
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required specialized training/certifications
Possess current SafeSport Training or ability to obtain upon hire.
Possess a current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Required minimum work experience
Demonstrated successful wrestling experience at the collegiate or comparative level or coaching experience at the collegiate, comparative or high school level.
No prior involvement with NCAA, USOPC or USA Wrestling major rules violations.
Commitment to the academic success of student athletes.
Knowledge, skills, abilities or attributes required for satisfactory performance of the position duties

Monitoring - Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Ability to organize effectively.
Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.

Ability to establish a good rapport and effective working relationship with student athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, administrators, college faculty and staff, alumni, professional colleagues, and the general public.
