Do we really think the Utah DA would've included these in his presentation if there was any doubt?  He really didn't need to disclose this for the charges submitted.

Do we also think the FBI planted the DNA?

Sounds like Tyler’s roommate and “lover” Lance Twiggs has been moved to a safe space for his own protection.  Also sounds like the county sheriff has recommended that Tyler’s family stay out of the public eye and lay low for a long time.  Tifa Tyler obviously didn’t care about the effects his actions were going to have in those around him.

I'm not so sure.   He did not think he would get caught.   He thought he was too smart for that.   And then drops his gun, and blabs all over the internet and allows his picture to be taken, so that he did just about everything possible to get caught all while thinking he outsmarted the authorities.   

Plus he did a good thing, how will he be caught for that?   So family and lover were not even a concern.   He was home free for a day.
