Looks like with Beau mans injury Brock may be going this year he just majored #16 Nick hamilton and only has a loss to max brignola who is on RS as of this moment but looks like an AA contender. could be a very weird situation if Beau man gets a medical where his younger brother runs out of eligibility before him but also poses the question could brock man already be better than big brother?

I am not-so-secretely hoping for Gilcher to pull a Trephan and go from Indiana to Michigan for 2nd Semester.

Chances just went down because Gilcher beat Lillard, but Lillard appears hobbled right now.

IF Facundo is the odd-man-out at PSU... how about him at 165lbs for Michigan? 🤣

Has he graduated yet?

Beau is supposed to be back by second semester.  They thought he had a torn ACL, but when he went in for surgery, it was intact, and the MRI had been wrong.

They'll probably make a decision on who stays at 165 depending on how each wrestler looks over the next month.

It looks like both Mantanonas will be the mainstays at 165 and 174 for the next few years.

Did they EACH get absolutely screwed in the CIF State Finals, or was it just one of them who got hosed twice?

All that fun.  I don’t know if I will.   Thanks for the advice though.

Hint: the two wrestlers being discussed, with one of them being injured, attend the University of Michigan.

Nope! We're even shoehorning this *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* into NON-PSU topics now!

I do so look forward to hearing about which WRESTLING program suffers the most injuries and how that's the coach's fault...in a sport in which Wrestlers have always, but are ever increasingly and intentionally bending their knees in a way that would make a normal person's knee sound like a fat man sitting on bubble packaging!

C'mon! I'm on the edge of my seat! I wanna hear when the next Wrestler is injured and how we can blame Cael or Brands for it!

I wonder if it will be Pat Santoros fault if Crookham were to hurt his knee because he seemingly voluntarily subluxes it every time someone gets a head inside single on him.

As we are constantly told, duals do not matter. The only thing that matters is March. Therefore, only non starters wrestle duals and tourneys. Starters wrestle the conference tournament and the national tourney. Once you qualify in your conference tournament forfeit out so no risk of injury in a meaningless conference semi final. Maybe even allow the backups qualify the weight at conference tournament, further reducing risk of injury to the starter, UWW style.

While we are at it, why bother with the portal? Just loan wrestlers to other teams as some pro soccer teams do. Return the wrestler when your team recruits over the loaned wrestler. Big time programs can pay the "minor" programs for the loaned wrestler to help keep "minor" programs viable.

(Dripping with sarcasm)
