Welcome to a new, regular feature for InterMat! Every day, for the next few months, we'll look into the recent history of a DI wrestling program with our "Ten Years of…" feature. Even if you're a die-hard supporter of a particular school, there will be good information you may have forgotten. For others, it's a quick way to learn about a program you may not be familiar with. We're going in alphabetical order for this one, so next up is...Penn State!

9 yr. NCAA team points: PSU 947, OSU 803, IA 789, OK ST 741. Indiv. titles: PSU 32, COR 11, OK ST 10, OSU 9, IOWA 7. I'm sure there's been 10-year periods by IA or OK ST that are comparable. Shockingly low number of champs from IA in last 11 years.

Very impressive. 10 years, 10 weight classes with at least one NCAA championship per weight. Most 2 or 3 years. No other team is close. A few more years like this, they will be the best team ever.

3 of Iowa's 7 individual titles since 2011 were won by Spencer Lee.
