CLINTON, S.C. -- Gardner-Webb picked up its fourth straight dual win Saturday afternoon, defeating both Presbyterian and Davidson in Southern Conference wrestling action inside Presbyterian's Templeton Center.

The day opened against Presbyterian, with the Blue Hose taking the first two matchups of the dual to take an early 6-0 lead over the Runnin' Bulldogs.

Gardner-Webb quickly answered, with Trevon Majette defeating Jacob Brasseur by a 20-4 tech fall in 6:17 at 141 pounds and Brandon Bright picking up an 8-3 decision over Reid Stewart at 149 pounds to give GWU a 7-6 lead.

The 'Dogs controlled the remainder of the first dual of the afternoon. Taylor Parks defeated Zachary Phillips at the 157-pount weight class by a 9-2 decision, followed by a 16-0 tech fall win in just 3:33 by RJ Mosley at the 165-pound weight class over Bryton Goering.
