The No. 20 overall wrestler in the Class of 2018 is also a three-time state champion and four-time state finalist during the scholastic season. Artalona ended the 2016-17 season ranked No. 10 nationally at 152 pounds.
He chose Penn over Columbia, Purdue and North Carolina State.
