    Hollan named interim strength and conditioning coach for Iowa

    IOWA CITY, Iowa -- University of Iowa head wrestling coach Tom Brands announced Friday that Quinn Hollan has been named interim strength and conditioning coach for the 2018-19 season.

    Hollan most recently served as a performance analyst for the Iowa football program on Chris Doyle's strength and conditioning staff.

    Prior to joining the Hawkeyes in February, 2018, Hollan was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Western Kentucky. He earned a bachelor's of science degree in exercise science from Northern Iowa in 2014, and a master's of science in sport pedagogy from Mississippi State in 2016. He is a 2010 graduate of Mid-Prairie High School in Wellman, Iowa.
