Assistant Wrestling Coach Williams College
Williams College, a Division III Institution and a member of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach of the wrestling program. This is a 9 month position.
The Assistant Coach is responsible for providing assistance to the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to athlete development, on the mat coaching, assistance with seasonal and workout planning, recruiting, travel logistics, administrative and event management responsibilities as well as mat-side coaching at all competitions.
Bachelor’s degree and past wrestling/coaching experience required. Successful candidates will be self motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment; a knowledge and commitment to NCAA and NESCAC rules and effective communication skills is required.
