Washington and Jefferson College Assistant Coach
Washington and Jefferson College, located in Washington, PA, participates in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC). This NCAA Division III institution is hiring a part-time assistant wrestling coach for a successful and growing program. The part-time duties within the program will include:
Practice planning and implementation
Individual training sessions
Recruitment of prospective student-athletes
Direct involvement with camps and clinics and hosting high school tournaments and events at W&J
Interact with all aspects of media to improve and promote the sport of wrestling
Qualifications include:
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Commitment to a team building philosophy
Ability to train/participate in a collegiate practice room
Date of position: Oct -March 2012
Stipend: Minimum $4,000 with opportunity to supplement stipend with additional monies. No fringe benefits available.
