Editor's Note: There are a few consistency differences between the Junior Class rankings and the All-Class Rankings released last month. The reason for these differences is based on a variety of factors, but primarily added research and information coming to light. A typical change might re-order one or two wrestlers in comparison to the All-Class rankings, however, one weight class did change dramatically. In most cases, the order of the top-ranked wrestlers is exact in comparison to the All-Class, however, as stated above, changes do occur.
