174: No. 9 Ethen Lofthouse (Iowa) vs. No. 2 Ed Ruth (Penn State)

Lofthouse recently avenged a loss against Midlands champion Lee Munster of Northwestern. Ruth and Lofthouse met twice last season, with Ruth winning by scores of 10-3 and 3-2.
